CAAI is a methodology for organisations and networks working in health, social care and wellbeing, developed by the Bevan Commission. It can be used to support the introduction and uptake of innovation as part of service improvement, change or transformation.
Creating a supportive space for innovation adoption and adaptation increases the likelihood for successful uptake. Making this a time-limited, structured programme also means that the milestones are clear and there is an end point that everyone can work towards for benefits realisation. This guide highlights the important aspects of designing and managing a supportive space as part of the Support and Share Step of the CAAI methodology.
