Clinical Influencer

My primary clinical role is as Responsible Clinician for the adult inpatient unit and South Powys Crisis Team. Alongside this, for the last 6 years, I have been the Clinical Director for mental health and learning disabilities services in PTHB. These are busy leadership roles, part of which allows me to be directly involved in service development – in PTHB we are currently undertaking a Transformation Project, and I am trying to influence the direction of this, especially around medical recruitment and retention.
