David is the Consultant Geriatrician and clinical lead for acute medicine and medical staffing at Swansea Bay University Health Board.
David’s Bevan Fellowship will consider the following:
- Developing perioperative pathways
- Developing the acute medical service with a sustainable workforce
- Developing referral pathways from ED to SDEC
- Developing the medical workforce to reduce reliance on international graduates and increase our workforce mix with more mixed and blended roles
