Dr Rachel Rahman is a senior lecturer in the psychology department at Aberystwyth University. She leads the University’s Centre for Excellence in Rural Health Research and is part of the University’s Rural Futures Hub management team, both of which aim to bring interdisciplinary perspectives to the topics of rural health and rurality respectively. Rachel’s research focuses on the role of technology and innovation to improve rural residents’ access to health and social care services through understanding public and professional experiences and preferences.
