Bevan Fellow
Sagar is a Dentist and Clinical Lead in Acute Dentistry at University Dental Hospital in Cardiff.
Through his Bevan Fellowship, Sagar aims to investigate the requirements and existing provision for NHS Urgent Dental Care services in Wales. The project will also examine the patient journey from triage to chair, with a focus on equity of access, reducing inequalities and improving patient experience.
Sagar is excited to explore the ideas of the proposal within the context of the programme, which directly aligns with the principles of Prudent Healthcare. He intends to wholeheartedly embrace this opportunity, making the most of the resources and networks available to thoughtfully, strategically and effectively advance this project. As this unique experience unfolds and develops, he also hopes it will contribute significantly to his personal growth and the refinement of his leadership skills too.
