Siôn is the Head of Strategy and Service Planning with ARCH.
He takes a particular interest in new and emerging sciences: co-production, Prudent Healthcare, Value Based Healthcare, behaviour change sciences, service transformation, complexity and systems working.
Siôn’s NHS background is in supporting innovation, leadership and organisational development, and programme and project management. His roles have included Deputy Director for Leadership and Organisational Development with NLIAH, Project Director with Remploy, Deputy Director with Wales’ leading Healthcare Think Tank – the Bevan Commission, and has delivered major projects in DVLA, worked with the Planning Inspectorate, and in freelance television and film production.
Siôn enjoys making sense of chaos, offering new approaches and perspectives to resolving old challenges and translating complex delivery requirements into simple actions.
