Sue Evans has over 30 years’ experience in senior roles across health, social care and local government in Wales. A former Chief Executive of the Care Council for Wales, she led the development of Social Care Wales, championing workforce development and sector improvement. As President of ADSS Cymru, Sue represented social services nationally and played a key role in shaping policy and citizen engagement. Now retired, Sue continues to contribute through voluntary work and remains an Associate Member of ADSS Cymru. Sue was awarded an OBE for services to social care in June 2024.
