This paper was developed in partnership between the Bevan Commission and RCGP Wales, looking at how we ensure we have ‘prudent Primary Care’ in Wales. It builds upon earlier thinking undertaken by the Bevan Commission and in particular, Prudent Healthcare, which is now adopted as the underpinning philosophy for health and care policy in Wales.
