Eliminate Duplicate Letters Sent To GP Surgeries – Endoscopy Team, 2019

A project that stopped sending paper copies of endoscopy reports to GP surgeries in Tower Hamlets, in addition to electronic copies. This resulted in a saving of 1477kg of CO2 emitted per year, reduction of low value work and annual savings of £ 3,357 in resources.
