Paul’s Bevan Fellowship is to implement Quality Management Systems in CTM. This is aligned to the national ‘Safe Care Partnership’ being run by the NHS Executive. He wants to understand the evidence base, discover what is applicable in the context of the Welsh NHS and develop an implementation framework. He wants to test the framework in practice and contribute to the national programme.

Through being a Bevan Fellow, Paul hopes ‘”to complete this work in an accelerated fashion and to apply some academic rigour to it. I want support in understanding and complex adaptive systems and guidance on what a Quality System is and how we achieve it.”
