Shanti is a GP in the Swansea Bay University Health Board area. Shanti is currently the Vice Chair of RCGP Wales, Health Inspectorate Wales Peer Reviewer, Welsh Medical Committee Lead for Health and Wellbeing for Workforce and Executive member of MLMC.
Shanti’s area of interest and focus is the health and wellbeing of the healthcare workforce. Her Bevan Fellowship focuses on an Occupational Health and Wellbeing service for the primary care healthcare workforce in Wales.
